Although damage when shipping a surfboard is rare, it does occur, therefore all surfboards are shipped fully insured for your security. If any damage does occur please call us ASAP at 1-888-546-6176.

Please be sure to inspect your package thoroughly BEFORE you sign for it. If damage to the package is obvious upon delivery be sure to make a note with the driver and take multiple pictures of the box BEFORE you open it.

Many boards come wrapped in plastic and cardboard. With fragile items like surfboards, avoid using sharp tools such as knives and scissors as one wrong cut could damage the board.

Once opened, please provide us with as many photos and information in regards to the damage. The more information we have to file a claim the faster we can get you taken care of.

Please keep all of the original packaging and packing materials in the event that the board needs to be shipped back.
