What if my order tracking information shows that it was delivered, but I can’t find it?
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it. Please follow the below steps before contacting Cleanline:
- Verify the shipping address in your order is correct.
- Wait a bit—often the package will show up by the end of the day (In rare cases, packages may say
"delivered" up to 48 hours before arrival). - Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
- Look around the delivery location for your package (outside of the house, porch, side doors)
- Check with neighbors (Misdelivery is very common).
If you are unable to locate your package we will refund or replace the item and file a complaint with the Carrier. Please contact us at 1-888-546-6176 or by email support@cleanlinesurf.com
PLEASE NOTE: There is a chance the package may still show up, and in that case we will need your assistance in getting it sent back, or collecting payment for it.
What if my orders tracking information shows that it was delivered, but I believe it was stolen?
If you suspect that the package was stolen – which can be determined if the carrier scanned it right before delivery – then it's considered a crime that should be filed with the police. We are happy to assist in filing a claim with the US Postal Inspectors.
PLEASE NOTE: If a forwarding service has been used, a claim cannot be processed on an order that is marked as delivered to that address.
What if my order appears to be lost in-transit?
Please contact us at 1-888-546-6176 or by email support@cleanlinesurf.com if you believe your order is lost in-transit and we will contact the carrier to open up an investigation. It typically takes 3-5 business days to hear back once the investigation begins. If the package is lost we can issue a refund or send a replacement.
