How to set up an return / new order, where to send it, and how it's processed.
Setting Up the Return / New Order
If you would like to return an item for something else please contact us at support@cleanlinesurf.com to initiate the return. A new order will be created for the exchange. Once the original item is returned back to our warehouse, a refund will be issued for that order. Then, the payment method on file will be issued a new charge for the new order/item.
If you want to receive the new item ASAP, you’ll need to place a new order on the Cleanline website and return the original order for a refund.
If the item you’re interested in exchanging for is out of stock, we can look into special ordering one for you. Otherwise, we can offer recommendations on comparable products.
New Order Shipping
Feel free to send the order back by the carrier of your choice in the original packaging. When returning a pair of booties, gloves, or hood, please place the item box inside a separate box to ship back.
If you prefer, for a $10 fee we can also email you a UPS Return Shipping Label that you can print out and use to ship the package back to us. Please keep in mind that we can offer the $10 label for items like wetsuits and for orders that shipped within the Continental US.

We’ll process the exchange as quickly as possible and send it back within 1-3 business days. If the original order was over $75 we’ll ship it back to you for free either USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Otherwise, we will need to charge for exchange shipping on orders under $75 or if you’d like it shipped via an expedited method.
