Once we can confirm that the item is available for special order, we will contact you to place the order over the phone and collect the payment in full.

Please note that the ETA for special orders varies subject to availability. We will do our best to get the item for you ASAP.

Once the item arrives at our Oregon warehouse, give us 1-3 business days to get it shipped out to the final destination.
