Return for Refund

• The refund must be issued to the payment method used for the order
• Once the refund is issued, give it 1-3 business days for the refund to be processed
• In the event that the card on file has expired, please contact us with the new expiration in order for the refund to be processed
• Payments over 120 days old cannot be issued a refund to the payment method on file - we will contact you regarding an alternative refund method

Canceled Orders

• The pending transaction is voided and the transaction will fall away from the payee account
• Give it 1-3 days for the pending transaction to fall away
• In the event that the transaction was captured, a refund would be issued
